I can tell you, that Orange Park Fl is 16 miles from the beach and it is worse than sultry south Fl in the summer. JAX has experienced a huge expansion and the houses are sucking up the breezes and fresh air. That is what happened in South Florida. Used to be west south Florida would benefit from the ocean breezes, no more. But with all said at least in JAX you do you get see and benefit from the 4 seasons which you do not in South Florida.
